Compensation & Benefits:Supporting the Mediterranean design, implementation, and management of LV Mediterranean Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy to enhance our competitive market positioning and ensure talent attraction and retention.Providing strategic guidance and acting as a business partner for Operational HR Leaders and global/regional Compensation and Benefits stakeholders.Conducting ongoing analysis and market insights to support business decisions and meet mandatory reporting requirements.Leading annual salary increase and Individual Compensation Review (ICR) processes and managing Mediterranean benefits, well-being initiatives, job evaluations, and benchmark vendors.Reporting and Data-Analysis:Compiling and reviewing people-data across the organization to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations.Utilizing statistical techniques and analytics tools to analyze HR data trends, patterns, and correlations.Designing and creating comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management.Developing predictive analytics models to forecast future HR trends and support strategic planning.HR Project:Act as the project leader and process owner for all HR Systems processes, ensuring the reliability of data in HR systems.Serve as the main point of contact and internal support for HR systems, including My Horizon system.Analyze trends and needs for HR systems, improving current system usage, and building strong relationships with HR systems suppliers and partners.Enable the optimization of resources, vendors, budget, and processes. Drive the execution of HR-related projects and programs.Ensure that HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Track, monitor, and report on HR program and project progress to ensure successful execution.Manage the HRIS & Projects assistant who will support the completion of these tasks.Minimum Requirements:3 years of experience in Compensation.Bachelor's Degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, Law or similar.English Fluent (another European language is a plus).Knowledge of HR systems (HR SAP, Success Factor).Good knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.Excellent conflict resolution skills.Experienced in MS Office, Excel as priority.Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies at Korn Ferry, Mercer (Nice to have).#J-18808-Ljbffr
