Job Description: At Global corporate Team level, the Pluxee HR team is in the process of creating a Compensation & Benefit team.
We're seeking a passionate and strategic Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to our Global C&B VP, this role offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives across compensation, benefits, international mobility, and executive compensation.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the most impactful projects in Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS across the EMEA region.
In this role, you'll take charge of key initiatives, including leading HR process training in Workday, leading the regional implementation of a new design for the global incentive plan for the sales team, and evaluating and implementing the company's global job grading program.
We're seeking a highly self-motivated professional with proven experience as a project lead ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact on our organization.

What you'll be doing: Ensure internal equity & external competitiveness of total reward packages.Drive salary review and bonus processes.Maintain the Group grading throughout our business units: Hay methodology.Ensure consistency & competitiveness of benefit programs; benchmark.Drive executive compensation.Drive process and communications on the annual incentives scheme.Performance share grant and management.Manage international transfers.Participate in global projects with the global team (job evaluation & grading, sales incentive, M&A process), pay transparency.You're a match: 8+ years experience in similar roles in Compensation & Benefits in internationally renowned companies.Previous experience working in Compensation & Benefits consulting firms (Mercer, WTW, AON, Hay) is highly valued.Thorough understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies, with familiarity with Mercer methodology being advantageous.Proficient in utilizing market compensation surveys.Experience managing the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) is highly valued.Exceptional project management abilities.Experience in International Mobility is a plus.Ability to work with a global HRIS (Workday preferred).Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
