Tasks and Qualifications: Mission: Under the direction of the Senior Director of HR for ITS EMEA Iberia, which consists of 5 companies in Spain and Portugal, we are looking for an expert in Compensation and Benefits Iberia to evaluate, design, and manage the relevant C&B programs to attract, retain, and reward the best talent (performance/potential), ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness, taking into account local laws, regulations, and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, plan, implement, communicate, and manage policies, procedures, projects, and initiatives in C&B:
Contribute to the definition, development, and implementation of a C&B strategy that aligns with HR and business strategy.
Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Develop, plan, design, and implement local HR programs related to C&B, facilitating both methodology and tools, including policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Define, design, and plan the annual salary review policy and process, implementing it through HRBPs.
Define, design, and plan the annual Bonus policy and process, being responsible for the annual Bonus campaign and its communication to the Payroll department.
Analyze, conduct, and maintain job evaluations, ensuring correct classification, establishing compensation ranges, and defining associated benefits.
Provide criteria and recommendations regarding C&B in cases of promotions, internal movements, and new job positions to ensure consistency and adherence to the defined compensation structure, maintaining internal equity.
Define, implement, and maintain talent development and promotion programs for international movements.
Lead or participate in reporting and/or audits related to compensation and benefits, such as internal/external audits, equality plans, or others.
Prepare budgets and track the budget related to initiatives and/or projects in the area of responsibility.
Ensure efficiency, digitalization, and automation in the C&B area by proposing and implementing reliable and agile tools and processes.
Develop, implement, and supervise the current salary transparency policy in the EU, ensuring compliance with current regulations, analyzing salary structures to identify and correct potential inequalities, proposing concrete action plans, and regularly reporting on the state of salary equity and its action plans within the organization.
Profile:
Higher education in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar, or +3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment with English as the working language.
Knowledge of the MERCER methodology.
Training and/or experience in project and people management functionally.
Advanced English.
Good digital skills, Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel – advanced level: formulas, pivot tables, graphs) and experience with HR applications like Workday or SuccessFactors (or similar) are valued.
