Company Lawyer (Marbella)

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated company lawyer to work within a multilingual environment in Marbella.
The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a law degree obtained in Spain. You will have at least three years of operational experience in the fields of labour, construction, finance, and company law.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks.
Requirements:

High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Previous experience working as a company lawyer in Marbella (3+ years)
Working knowledge of setting up companies in Spain
Working knowledge of preparing contracts in the construction sector and liaising with third parties
Working knowledge of labour and finance laws in Spain
Computer literate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management
Must have a car and a valid driving licence

The offer:

Excellent work environment - office based
Spanish Contract
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
€3000 gross per month
