As the Community and Communications Manager, you will: Shape and execute a comprehensive community management strategy.Write regular content - newsletters, company blogs, social media accounts, etc.Define objectives and messaging for each vertical and key personas.Manage our social media accounts (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram) and interact with fans to build our communities.Target influential people with thought-leading content to build positive sentiment ready for sales activity.Analyze performance data on campaigns and regularly seek to test and optimize.Work with specialized agencies where suitable to manage campaigns.Help our company achieve and surpass all key performance indicators related to sales and marketing (e.g., conversion rates, marketing-influenced leads, etc.).What we are looking for: + years in a similar marketing and communications role.Prior experience in managing communities in both a BC and BB context.Very hands-on, able to work on multiple campaigns and projects with different objectives and collaborators.Fluent in Spanish and English.Fast learner and eagerness to listen and learn from your peers.Strong work ethic, self-starter, and willing to do what it takes to deliver.Very organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Strong creative sensibility and experience in conceiving and delivering creative campaigns in the past.Inspire a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity, and fun.What would make us happy: Experience in BB SaaS.Experience in the edtech industries or working for a purpose-driven organization.Why ODILO?
