As our Community Engagement Manager, you'll wear multiple hats, playing the role of Marketing maestro, Content crafter, and Community cheerleader.
You'll develop engaging content, organize unforgettable club events, manage diverse online channels, and foster a thriving (online) space where recruitment & staffing leaders connect, learn, and grow together. This job can be done from anywhere, with occasional travel in Europe for club events and team meetings.

What you'll be doing CONTENT CREATION
- Craft compelling messaging and stories that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop engaging content across various formats (articles, podcasts, webinars, social media).
- Conduct interviews with industry experts and club members.
- Translate business information into digestible and actionable formats.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and curate relevant content from external sources.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Manage and curate our online forum, discussions, and social media communities.
- Facilitate meaningful conversations and collaborations among members.
- Host online and offline events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Analyze community data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with members, seeking to understand their needs and curate personalized solutions.

GO-TO-MARKET CAMPAIGNS
- Attract new members and raise awareness of our community's value proposition.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Skills & experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community management.
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excel at creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A data-driven individual with a passion for building communities.
- Very good level of English (C1) and one other European language (Dutch, French or German).
