Media.Monks is looking for an experienced Community Management Coordinator based in Madrid, with a high level of English.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Community Managers.
As a Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.
If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives on all platforms to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and onboard a team of Community ManagersLead and oversee a team of Community ManagersSet clear goals and expectations for team membersSupport our Head of Social with the Community Management GuidelinesLiaise with other teams to optimize processes and on strategic initiatives that drive user growth, engagement, and retentionBack up Community Managers when they are not availableSynthesize insights from community interactionsWork with the Data Team in analyzing community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendationsWork with the Data Team in monitoring and analyzing community performance to ensure agreed KPIs are being metSurface critical issues and points of frictionRequirements5+ years of work experience in running or managing online communitiesProven work experience in copywritingExperience managing teams in different locations is a plusNative-level communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skillsAbility to identify and track relevant community KPIsAttention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solverProvide community feedback to the management and stakeholdersGood organization and time-management skillsTeam player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsNice to have: Automotive industry experienceBonus: Strong second languageAbout Media.MonksMedia.Monks is on a mission to create a new future for this industry.
