As a visionary leader in the communications field, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global narrative for our company, driving brand awareness and reputation, and amplifying our impact across diverse audiences.
About the role: Develop and execute comprehensive global public relations and press strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee a team of PR professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials that effectively convey the company's messaging.Secure media coverage in top-tier publications, broadcast outlets, and online platforms.Manage and respond to media inquiries, ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging.Proactively identify and address potential public relations crises, developing effective mitigation strategies.Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media sentiment, and industry trends to inform PR strategies.Stay abreast of emerging communication trends and technologies to enhance the company's PR efforts.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of working experience in a communications department or agency, with focus on luxury or fashion/retail industry.Proven track record of success in leading and managing global public relations teams.Expertise in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and reputation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.Strong media relations acumen, with a proven ability to secure media coverage in top-tier outlets.In-depth knowledge of the global media landscape and industry trends.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.Fluency in English and another language is a plus.WHAT DOES PRONOVIAS GROUP OFFER?
