Job Profile Summary - A customer-focused role with a deep understanding of the retail business and the external customer/consumer, this role will deliver communications and campaigns activity focusing on Spain and when required support for other market/clusters.
Being responsible for communication and campaigns in Spain this role will operate across all fuels and convenience products, offers and services within the market and is the key point of contact for all customer-facing messaging as per brand guidelines and policy.

Join our team as Communications and Campaign Lead - Madrid, Spain About the role itself: A customer-focused role with a deep understanding of the retail business and the external customer/consumer, this role will deliver comms campaigns focusing on Spain and when required support for other market clusters.
What would be your responsibility? Lead a customer-led briefing process to identify key insights to deliver business objectives through differentiated profitable communications.Deliver end to end ATL communications campaigns both media and creative.Deliver Master creatives for headline promotions.Work together with fleet communications lead and EV (Electrical Vehicle) communications lead to ensure consistency on marketing communications to support brand KPI's.Build relationships with agency partners as the key contact for creative and media agencies in Spain and other markets.Identify ways of working that simplify and remove duplication.Support other marketing areas within European Mobility & Convenience Business as master assets move to adapt and execution in the simplest most efficient way.Contribute to the network of comms teams in other Mobility & Convenience businesses.Working closely with central brand team to contribute and input into brand and campaign development.Own 24-month communications plans in Spain with clearly identified opportunities for comms amplification of campaigns and products.Act as the brand custodian in these countries to ensure all comms and campaigns are consistent and in line with brand standards.Plan and pitch for budgets to achieve business results including invoice and payment processes.Agency and internal interfaces relationship management in line with global agency process, as well as supporting Content Leads and Marketing operational lead on local agency relationships for digital, social and BTL including translation.Own campaign media reporting and metrics for Spain.Team coordination and reporting.Recommend comms and campaign allocated budget for Spain ensuring no unauthorized over or underspends.Perform media planning for Spain and other allocated campaigns.What should you bring to this role? 5+ years in leading comms activity both media and creative development from strategic plan development to comms plan execution.Cross channel Experience including ATL, digital and point of sale with a channel neutral outlook.Good capabilities of Influence and leadership.Agency leadership to develop enduring partnership relationships.Experience in both B2B and B2C.Spanish market experience.Cross European country experience preferable.Proficient level of English and Spanish.We are a global team at bp, please help us with submitting an English CV.
