In this position, you will be responsible for:- Expanding the global and national communication impact of IESE's entrepreneurship and innovation activity- Providing support in recurrent tasks e.G., newsletters, social media accounts, Salesforce mailings, creation of landings, web updates, taking pictures, B2C sales,etc- Developing new communication projects to scale the impact of the current activity and ongoing research- Increasing the media placement of IESE publications and activity in local and international media- Draft initial structures of communication pieces and interviews- Transform complicated concepts into easy-to-read articles- Other tasks that the Center may require**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS****Key Skills & Competencies**:***- Native English- Professional Spanish- Educational Background on IT, Marketing or Business- Bachelor's degree in communications (or similar degree), with 4-6 years of experience in a similar communication role- Pardot and Salesforce experience- Project management experience- Agile mindset- Teamwork and global mindset- Highly trusted- Understanding of IESE mission, vision, values, procedures, and history- Highly trusted person who works towards excellence and spirit of service- Comfortably working under tight deadlines- Knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation concepts, terminology, and trends- Being familiar with IESE recent publications and activity- Previous experience (studies or work) at IESE is valued- HTML knowledge is valued- Problem solver.
