MSF OCBA is currently embarking on a strategic Program to implement an integrated ERP system, encompassing Supply Chain Management (AKIBA), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Financial Management (FINIS), following a unified and transversal organizational approach.
By leveraging technology as a catalyst for positive change, OCBA aims to enhance its capacity to support MSF operations more effectively and efficiently.
The program will span several years, with incremental rollouts to different operational streams and populations within the Field and HQ.
We are looking for an experienced Communication and Change Manager to accompany the organization through the deployment and adoption of three new ERPs.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE The Communication and Change Manager will guarantee that OCBA successfully adopts the three new solutions for Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources ensuring a smooth transition by strategically managing organizational change, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing functional users as well as employee adoption.
By collaborating closely with key users, partners, and other stakeholders, the Communication and Change Manager will foster a culture of change readiness and empower the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
This is a newly created role within the Program and there is an expectation that the scope and functioning of this position will evolve and be adapted as changes are implemented.
The Communication & Change Manager will be accountable to the OCBA Head of ERP Program (Projects & IT Office) and responsible for the Learning & Communication Referent (Projects & IT Office).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS Develop and execute a comprehensive Change management strategy aligned with the Program's transformation goals working in close collaboration with the Project Managers of the 3 new solutions.
Assess organizational impact of the new solutions implementation and identify main stakeholders and potential resistance points.
Oversee the implementation of mitigation change-related risks and issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with very heterogeneous stakeholders: from key users or early adopters to high-level stakeholders and senior leadership
