Job Description In a nutshell As the communication and change management lead, you'll drive impactful communication strategies, elevate engagement, and shape a positive change culture within the company by establishing high-quality standards and innovative practices.
The communication and change management lead role is instrumental in professionalizing our services by establishing high-quality communication standards.
Where will you be based and what business will you support? You will be based in Barcelona as part of GSC Spain working with EMEA, reporting to the Senior Program and Service Governance Manager.
How can you help us? Develops and execute communication strategy.
Develops and maintains communication procedures, templates, and best practices for both operational and project communication.
Establishes KPIs and quality metrics for communication services.
Co-create, reviews and approves all end-user communication.
Create, validate, and manage content of our intranet portal.
Develops and execute communication and change management plans for strategic projects.
Organize internal events such as Town Halls and meetings with business stakeholders.
Create and manage community of content writers and reviewers.
Qualifications Are you our kind of extraordinary? Experience:
A strong communications professional with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Measuring effectiveness, monitoring compliance, and promoting best practice
Managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Designing and delivering content across a range of channels
Writing creative and visually appealing communication
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Change management certification (CCMP, PROSCI or similar) is desirable.
Additional Abilities:
Excellent in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (content management)
Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 minimum); French or German is desirable
Strong, versatile writing and presentational skills. Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail minded.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
