About the role: As Senior Manager, Global Procurement you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end Source to Contract process for indirect procurement. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Global SCM and CPO with implementing sourcing strategies to ensure successful delivery against category targets. Working effectively with the Global Category Teams, you will advise on and drive the global sourcing strategies through the effective application of the source to contract process. The Supply Chain Department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment. Main responsibilities & duties: Identify and develop sourcing/procurement strategies to deliver sustainable cost reduction, service/quality improvement and risk mitigation. Develop a category strategy for each assigned category that incorporates customer requirements, market conditions, sourcing strategy, business risk, and supplier capabilities. Support and lead the implementation of new sourcing initiatives aligned with the business needs and the procurement plan. Benchmark and renegotiate existing supplier agreements. Conclude sourcing initiatives with relevant legal framework to minimise commercial risks and ensure performance can be monitored
