Your Responsibilities
Support Commercial team on assortment planning and management
Manage special projects to optimize data management and develop internal tools
Own commercial Ops process (Item Set-up and communication with operations) and lead team of associates and a photographer
Establish new processes, improve the existing commercial team and create the dashboard
Manage data entry, compliance, and accuracy of item set up forms
Prepare and sort documents for data entry and test software updates
Focus on outstanding customer experience and data completion
Liaise with Buying team, Supply Chain, and Retail in order to troubleshoot item setup issues in coordination with the Buying team
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Economics, or equivalent from a top tier university
3+ years of proven experience with a mix of Banking, Consulting, Retail plus Sales Strategy/Operations roles; ideally work experience supporting a breadth of projects
Experience with e-commerce, retail, growth strategies, and sales operations
Highly innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Experience leveraging cross-functional partners in order to manage and execute high-impact projects
Proven data analytics skills
Great skills in Excel/Google Sheets and a basic knowledge of SQL, Python & Tableau is necessary
Effective reporting and presentation skills
You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish
