.Working as part of the Regional Service team, you will report to the Regional Service Manager.
The Leader Commercial Backoffice is responsible for ensuring the commercial activities and financial performance controlling are supported throughout the region (managing the countries of Spain, South Africa, Australia, and India).You will work closely with the various operational teams in the region to ensure that the day-to-day commercial, financial, and KPI controls, and customer management topics are suitably managed.Lead and manage the commercial back office in the region.Manage the overall day-to-day commercial activities of the region including controlling its financial performance, credit control, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting.Provide expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.Provide high-level business support to Service management, with the goal to improve financial performance and reach financial targets.Develop KPIs for monitoring the performance of the different contracts and support the organization to achieve internal goals.Support evaluating and managing risks and opportunities of the business.Drive initiatives for improving P&L performance.Ensure aftermarket sales activities are managed and targets achieved.Ensure contractual obligations of the customer are understood and complied with, including regular reporting.Oversee supplier claims to ensure recoveries are in line with targets and all applicable opportunities are followed up.Ensure effective administrative support in the region.Support local procurement activities in line with global policies and in cooperation with Global Procurement.YOUR PROFILE:Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or industrial engineering.5 years of experience as a controller in a multinational company, including management reporting (wind sector is a plus).Experience and ability in public speaking and presenting to large audiences.High level of written and spoken English (C1).Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, JDE Edwards, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.KPI definition and monitoring experience.Flexible and able to adapt daily activities according to the needs of the company.Proactive person, with initiative when facing issues and anticipating them.Responsible and organized person who takes ownership of assigned tasks.High sense of teamwork and positive mindset.YOUR BENEFITS:In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:*Some offers may vary by location.At Nordex, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
