.Primary Position ObjectivesThe role of Commercial Enablement Operations Manager is to drive operational efficiency across Commercial Enablement tools to support the efficient development and commercialization of the next generation of customer-centric sales solutions. The tasks include but are not limited to country stakeholder management, roadmap roll-out executions, and project management across CPQ solutions and further sales enablement tools. The Commercial Enablement Operations Manager represents a key function in the development, deployment, and growth of the Sales Enablement tools for the Straumann Connected Customer Solution department, allowing cross-departmental business growth. Passion for learning, agility, and execution speed are key requirements to succeed in this position.Your primary responsibilities include:Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement Manager to support the product lifecycle management for CPQ and other Sales Enablement tools.Support with the roadmap execution and country rollout.Maintain and update master data, bundles, and other promotions; support local organizations with the local implementation.Assist with reporting and analytics related to CPQ and other sales enablement solutions.Responsible for configuring the CPQ to match business processes, as well as maintain master data and backend.Oversee and support with troubleshooting and bug fixing.Review, challenge, and propose optimization in the various processes.Maintain and oversee processes, ensuring local adherence from all countries is enforced.Your profile:Highly motivated to work at the frontline of product management and the company's ERP system in a growing and multinational environment.Familiar with IT systems and passionate about actively promoting the digitalization of the company's processes.Highly analytical and structured person, capable of managing different projects in parallel, and not afraid of managing workload peaks from time to time.Able to work with abstract data and understand the strategic importance of well-maintained master data. Demonstrating ownership and responsibility of this data, combined with a strong business acumen.A generous personality, willing to help the PM teams, curious to learn, and open to propose optimization ideas.Desired education:Bachelor's degree in either Engineering, IT, Marketing, or Business Administration.Fluency in spoken and written English; any other languages is an asset.Excellent knowledge of CPQ with experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP).Personality:Business acumen and experience in a Sales organization (B2B or DTC) is a plus.High interest in continuous improvement processes; a green-belt training or comparable work experience is a plus.Curious, open-minded with a positive can-do attitude.Able to connect and work effectively with a global team of driven professionals with diverse backgrounds.Ability to work independently and self-driven.High level of integrity, ownership, and responsibility
