Job Summary: This is a 1-year contract. The Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring highly impactful local marketing campaigns and programs. Owning the local ENT marketing strategy, this person will work closely with local sales, solution architects, and business developer teams to build and accelerate the Marketing generated pipeline for ENT in Iberia. They will also be acting as a key liaison to the other Iberia/EMEA Enterprise marketing functions.Key Job Responsibilities:Create and execute end-to-end Iberia ENT Marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives as well as local business objectives in close collaboration with sales stakeholders.Plug content specific and relevant for Enterprise effectively into existing EMEA and global (Partner) Marketing Programs.Execute events managing deliverables and guaranteeing stakeholder management and communication.Manage all operational aspects of execution including legal, finance, digital.Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports creation.Provide support for Trade shows and/or Corporate Events.Minimum Requirements:Extensive years of experience in a marketing or program management function.BS / BA required.MBA or advanced degree.Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, program management, and coordination among multiple cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills at the executive level (Spanish, English, Portuguese a plus).Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to credibly coordinate between partners, technical teams, and business stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.Ability to juggle multiple priorities, roll up your sleeves, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bias for action.Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion.Business consulting or technology sales experience.Understanding of and experience in the technology industry.
