You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
You will prepare seminars and workshops preparation.You are responsible forDevelopment and execution an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functionsCustomize the system to the specific wishes of the user, in close contact with project management and account management to maximize the performance for each specific userTakes care implementation of trial installation (in cooperation with service) to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group and demonstration and presentations (where required), to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipmentMonitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishesParticipate in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settingsKeep in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developmentsAssist in sales by advice to account management and customerTo succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the followingMinimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular areaExperienced knowledge of all cardiovascular proceduresAnalytical skills, experience in the interpretation of the application resultsProfessional knowledge of the total application area, from the operational pointExcellent communication skillsDesirable clinical experienceBeing able to organize special trainingGood knowledge of the system architecture and used technologyFluent Spanish language and a good level of EnglishClean drive licenseWillingness to travelAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
