We are now looking to welcome a globally minded and highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team in our EMEA headquarters in Barcelona or remotely (from Europe). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German/French/Dutch.
What you'll do:Optimize and grow existing campaignsFocus on retention and growth of your clients by understanding their business and meeting their goalsResolving technical, product, or account issuesTechnical tasks include but are not limited to: data analysis, optimizing traffic sources, troubleshooting indexation issues, testing URL parameters, reviewing XML feedsCollaborate with sales, product, and indexation teams to translate client needs into actionable items internallyTweak campaigns based on data analysis to meet client needsMeet competitive monthly objectivesMeet directly with clients when necessary to review strategy What you bring:You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant DiplomaYou are fluent in English and in German/French/DutchYou have 1-3 years' experience in online advertising, business analyst or client success type roleUnderstanding of PPC advertising productsExperience speaking with clients or decision makersFamiliarization with SQL are a plusYou are able to make the data tell a storyYou love numbers and dissecting data to make logic-based optimizationsYou are curious, responsible, cooperative and ready to work in a fast-growing company What we Offer:Remote first work policyGenerous time management policyTransparent organizational structure and collaborative environmentFast-growing and international networkStart-up atmosphereAn inspiring and friendly atmosphere with a team of passionate and youthful people At Talent.com, you come as you are.
