The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.Key Responsibilities:Build and progressively grow client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunities throughout the different sales cycle (acquisition, retention, and upsell).Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set by the management team.Drive education on product, company updates, and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business.Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, helping to grow existing business and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners).Plan media activation and keep accurate records of all pending and active campaign plans, assisting to maintain campaign schedule and availability of ad placements.Work with the product and campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, as well as being responsible for the reporting and optimization of campaigns.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Previous experience within account management/sales roles.Knowledge and proven expertise in strategic planning and sales approach.Experience in a client-facing role and ability to speak to C-Level stakeholders.Experience in managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions and placements.Preferred Qualifications:Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
