Your Role: We are searching for a driven individual to lead our product management efforts, ensuring our buyers and sellers have the best experience possible.
Your job will be to identify enhancements, fill gaps, and spot new opportunities.
You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.
Your Role : Alibaba is looking for a Seller Engagement, this is a highly cross-functional role who will translate the needs of commercial, logistics, promotions, etc... into efficient seller communication solutions.
He/she will also work together with engineering team, a designer, and a product development expert, and focus on providing efficient and easy communication tools to sellers on our platforms to achieve desired business outcomes.
This PM needs to track the dashboard of seller communication tools, surface data insights and optimize the way of communication to sellers.
We are a fast-paced company with an entrepreneurial spirit, you would be expected to work well with ambiguity, deliver results, and have a collaborative attitude to bring original, innovative, and creative experiences as well as solutions that work in the real world.
You will be based in Madrid and collaborate with distributed teams across the globe, working on the most advanced e-commerce in existence today and tomorrow.
Key responsibilities: 1.
Define communication plans based on overall seller engagement strategy to reach the desired seller communication result (opening rate, satisfaction rate, engagement result etc.)

Monitor, track, report seller communication progress and optimize communication process 3.
Partnered with PD & engineering team to develop new features of seller communication tools 4.
Answer, sorting & optimize questions on community 5.
Develop & grow community leaders among sellers 6
