Client Care Supervisor

We are seeking a Client Care Supervisor to join our innovative and multicultural team at our Orihuela Costa office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be the key connection between our company and our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers submitting inquiries.
Identify and understand customer needs, clarifying and filtering inquiry information.
Utilize the CRM system to log, track, and distribute inquiries to the Sales Team.
Manage live chat interactions on our websites.
Perform translations between English and Spanish as needed.
Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive and responsible work ethic with the ability to handle challenges confidently Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively A collaborative team player who listens actively and works well with others Eligibility to work in Spain Working hours; Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00 Why Join Us?
