.Janssen - Contract Management SpecialistJohnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Contract Management Specialist role, located 3 days per week in the High Wycombe office and 2 days per week working remotely. We know that the success of our business depends on having the best talent in a workforce that reflects the diverse markets we serve around the world and an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and life experiences.The Contract Management Specialist reports to the Head of Contract Management and plays a crucial role in managing the most critical supplier contracts that support business activity at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of full value from supplier contractual relationships and to ensure the fulfilment of contractual objectives and the realisation of business value. This role acts as a vital enabler for our business and will be independently responsible for the management of contractual agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing most heavily on the contract delivery stage.Key Responsibilities include:Build a deep understanding of the critical contracts the UK Operating Company holds.Support the internal business owner on how to deliver effective contract management through the lifecycle of the contracting activity.Work with the Procurement organisation to ensure the end-to-end process from identification of a business need to the delivery of contract obligations is well managed.Run supplier performance reviews with critical suppliers.Support business stakeholders in interpreting and understanding contracts.Run a monthly reporting and data collation process to evaluate stakeholder views of the most critical suppliers.Ensure contracts are executed in a compliant and effective way.Monitor contractual performance, including deliverables, milestones, and service levels.Identify any supplier performance issues and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks.Identify areas of improvement and potential risks for Contract Management.Help to build a Centre of Excellence in Contract Management.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / qualification.Experience and Skills Required:Minimum 5 Years relevant experience as a Supplier Contract Manager or Specialist.A proven track record in effective contract and supplier management.Strong level of commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and compliance.Significant experience of managing commercial contracts.Solid understanding of contract law.A self-starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to prioritise a demanding workload.Preferred:Accreditation to a recognised Contract Management institution.Significant Procurement experience.Experience of financial management and cost control.If you have a passion for creating and delivering best in class Contract Management that will support our business, please apply now
