For more information, please visit our website.Location: BarcelonaPosition Summary: The Cinema Systems Engineer is the main figure of the facility when it comes to technology. Responsibilities include maintaining current equipment and network workflows, as well as finding new ways to improve infrastructure performance and adapting it to various needs. The engineer will also manage and supervise the Technical Support and Logistics teams, acting as the technological point of contact for other Deluxe facilities (both national and international).Role and Responsibilities:Maintain and update all equipment in the facility.Upgrade the network to its maximum capacity.Manage cameras and access points in the facility.Provide local helpdesk support to employees.Provide technical support to cinemas in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.Manage logistics for cinema server installation and maintenance.Manage the local Support team.Manage the local Logistics team.Coordinate with global IT teams and local IT managers from other facilities.Manage physical and network security of the facility and assist in security audits from clients.Participate in periodic on-call shifts during nights and weekends (approximately one week per month).Provide technical support for live events (both test and production).Key Requirements:Proven experience in a similar IT position.Degree in Computer Science or similar field.Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Mac.Knowledge of Active Directory.Knowledge of Network and Protocols.Fluent in Spanish and English.Diversity Statement: Deluxe is committed to inclusivity, fostering an environment where every employee feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work.
