What will you be doing?
Work closely with the Company CEO to execute on the company vision, strategic and business planChampion and ensure alignment with culture and values in all people and processesHelp coordinate the Leadership team (8 people)Ensure integration of Business units and city offices overseeing operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionIdentify and address issues or obstacles hindering team performance, providing guidance and support to eliminate them effectivelyManage and oversee processes for recruiting, developing of key people as well as the company-wide pay and perks council and frameworkCost controlling in line with the business plan, budget and company growth and profitability goalsImplement the management and operating system, ensuring goal alignment and achievement across 3 organizational levels (Leadership Team, Business Units, City Offices) and manage performance and accountabilityEnsure company-wide alignment through communication channels (Notion) and company events (Leadership Team, Tech events and City Office events)Manage company key initiatives, core processes and track core KPI metrics and implement strategies and countermeasure efforts to ensure reachWork closely with client facing teams to ensure the digitalization of operational processesInterim management where needed
You have:
University level business education and MBA from a top-tier business schoolFluent English speaker (English is the common language within the business)2+ years experience from a top-tier Consulting firm4+ years experience in an executive position in a digitally driven startup/ scale upB2C and B2B as well as service sector experienceAbility to think strategically and drive executionEntrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and leadership skillsAnalytical, problem solving abilities and experience with toolsProven track record of coordinating teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce resultsOpen-minded mindset with experience and international cultureExcellent communication and persuasion skills, empathy, active listening and self-controlProblem-solving, proactive, autonomous and a team player with a collaborative approach at the same timeExperience with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework is a plus
