As the CDO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our data initiatives, ensuring that data-driven insights drive our business decisions and strategies.
You will collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and technology teams to build a data-centric culture and leverage data as a strategic asset.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth goals.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Lead the data governance framework, establishing policies and standards for data quality, integrity, privacy, and compliance.Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify data needs, opportunities, and solutions that drive business value.Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting the use of data analytics and insights in decision-making processes.Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, including data scientists, data analysts, data engineers, MLOps, and product managers.Drive the adoption of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to enhance our products and services.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.Establish and maintain partnerships with external data providers, technology vendors, and research institutions.Monitor and report on key data metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.5+ years of experience in senior management positions like CDO, CIO, or CTO.
