In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Channel Account Manager for their Benalmádena office.
Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time
Work model: on-site
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess quickly the customer needs and uncovering potential sales opportunitiesLead confidently customers through all steps of their journeyAbility to develop a sound technical understanding of the client's cloud services as well as its cost & monitoring potentialSuccessfully gain the trust of the customers by providing high quality technical expertise in order clarify their questions & handle their objectionsPossess strong sales capability in order to fully understand the client's cloud sales lifecycle and to assess accurately customers' stage levelsAbility to discover sales opportunities which are not always too apparent, such as future upcoming projects, follow-up to test phases, etc.Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering teamsStrong passion for IT and client supportAcquaintance with cloud products.REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch, verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Previous experience working with or selling with Cloud softwareBe a holder of a Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or any relevant diploma will is preferred but not essentialDemonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and (IT) sales processesPrior training and/or usage of Challenger will be considered as a strong advantageProven ability to successfully approach and onboard new customers quickly with efficient negotiation skillsAbility to demonstrate previous experience as a Trusted Advisor who is able to advise on high-level strategy and overall IT spendingExcellent time management skills with high levels of integrity who is able to work independently as well as under supervisionOutstanding communication skills to confidently articulate and share program information with Senior ManagementProvide high-quality product and program insights to stakeholders.BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereMonday to Thursday from 08:30 AM - 05 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM - 4 PMLong term contractGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialVarious Employee benefits.
