EU WFS is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS, enabling support of Amazon's first, middle, and last mile Logistics. This Change Program Manager is responsible for delivery of change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams. This role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, or Luxembourg.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnable complex and ambiguous change initiativesDeliver and execute change strategies to support change adoptionDeliver communications strategies to drive multi-faceted stakeholder engagementDevelop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestonesCommunicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner. Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, provide tailored recommendations and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholdersIndependently identify down-stream problems (i.e., resource unavailability, conflicting priorities etc.) and escalate them before they become large-scale riskUnderstand interdependencies of programs (e.g., workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, program support, etc.)Participate in cross-functional reviews in order to share best practices and lessons learnedParticipate in collaboration for short term solve, until medium/long term solve is implementedPMP certificateAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
