FUNCTIONSDaily operation:- Accounting of invoices and monitoring until payment- Business Advice/Support role: direct contact with Local Team/Suppliers- Teamwork: meet global goals- Collaboration with other departments- Continuous Training + understand Group processes (TAP)Improvements:- Identify GAPS of the TAPs and propose improvements for operational processes- Focus not only on quantity -> also quality of postingTRAINING- Bachelor's or diploma in ADE or at least a degree in finance with notions of accounting- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP- At least one year of administrative experience in an accounting department.LANGUAGES AND EXPERIENCE- First Certificate English level (B2)- French intermediate level- 1-2 years of working experience related to accounting and/or within finance departmentsCONTRACT- We are offering a temporary contract for 1 year (contrato en prácticas type)- Important to not have had this type of contract in the past (due to Spanish law)
