WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
As HR Manager, your main mission will be to develop and execute human resources strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives, mission, and values.
With People always at the center, you will be the person who makes sure to promote a positive culture and work environment, promoting corporate values.
You will develop strategies and make decisions at the People department level that effectively drive and help achieve business objectives by fostering a positive work environment.
You will manage the entire recruitment process of new hires in the company, from the first interviews, the hiring process, to the incorporation and follow-up, ensuring a good onboarding within the company.
You will be responsible for developing the career plan for employees , as well as assessing and identifying the competencies needed for each position.
You will drive talent management strategies such as a competency matrix, which allows you to create better teams, identify improvements, and make data-driven decisions.
You will develop and plan with other departments the training plan to help ensure that employees are trained for development and growth in their jobs.
You will review and maintain the compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and salary surveys and keep the strategy up to date
