DESCRIPTION Our multicultural Payroll team is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our Spain Payroll Operations Team in Barcelona. This individual must be customer obsessed and be eager to dive deep into processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering process efficiency results. The preferred candidate has experience in Spanish payroll process/payroll systems and has the ability to abstract requirements independently. Key job responsibilitiesBe a subject matter expert in projects to drive payroll improvements for one country or group of small to medium size countriesBe a subject matter expert in M&A and expansions projectsMaintain the operational effectiveness of payroll process from the start to the endCollaborate with other payroll leaders to build a culture of balances and checks within the Payroll Operations Team to maintain an efficient and effective audit processCollaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company's rapid growth and commitment to qualityCollaborate in a cross-department environment with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented A day in the lifeWhat is awaiting you in our Payroll team?
