In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies ranging from complex applications that drive productivity to fully autonomous vehicles operating on both the surface and underground environments.
This is a new and unique team in the region to execute on implementation, training, monitoring and support for all the MineStar offerings with our growing client base.JOB DUTIES:Implementing and updating MineStar technology at client sitesTraining client on MineStar technologyProviding support services to clients and dealersMonitoring clients use of MineStar technology and making recommendations on improving utilization.Partner with internal teams for new product development cycles, field follows, and other tasks to bring products to market.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Ability to travel (up to 50%) frequently to customer and dealer locationsExperience in Mining technology, IT Systems, Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.PREFERRED SKILLS:An engineering degree with sufficient years of technology industry experience or equivalent is required.Attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in English languageUnderstanding/hands-on experience of mining machine industryExperience with communication methods (Wi-Fi, Radio, 3G/4G/5G, etc.
