.Position: Cloud Customer Lifecycle ManagerLocation: Málaga, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Be the first and main contact point for Cloud technology customers - small and medium businessesLeverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customersContact 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month; maintain high daily activity, minimum ~60-90 activities/dayDetermine customers' needs and identify opportunities, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships by delivering a world-class customer engagement experienceQuarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection ManagersTurn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by applying relevant criteria, e.G., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline)Forecast sales, pipeline, and usage of the products and solutions in scopeCollect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer."REQUIREMENTS:Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Swedish (verbal and written)2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is requiredMinimum 1 year of IT industry experience required and general knowledge of the IT industryHigh school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantageFamiliarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programsExperience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantageMicrosoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantageAbility to work independently – drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seeks continuous quality improvementStrong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills.
