Cash Collector (French Speaker)

The Company. For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting a French Cash Collector.

Tasks The Job. In this role, you will be in charge of collection activities for your assigned region of customers.

Your responsibilities:

Contract and follow-up daily your customers by phone call or e-mails. Coordinate with the billing teams to advise about invoice related disputes. Collaborate with the Sales Team in negotiations with customers. Understand the whole OTC process for a better dispute management
Handle level 1 requests (Duplicates, account statements, platform upload…) Requirements The Profile. You have an excellent level of French + and a fluent level in English You have previous experience in an international environment You are pro-active and have the ability to handle high volume of actions (calls, negotiation, disputes. etc.) You have strong communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy You have the ability to work under pressure and with targets You have organization and prioritization skills You are responsible and ability to take ownership on your tasks You have problem solving capabilities You are a team player Benefits The Offer Permanent contract Salary based on level of experience + bonus + additional benefits (meal vouchers, life insurance, pension plan, etc.) Standard office hours from Monday to Friday International and multicultural environment A Company with worldwide reputation Start date: ASAP
