As a Cash Collection Specialist at SKEEPERS, you will be responsible for establishing a constructive relationship with our clients to reduce unpaid invoices and preserve our relationships.
Participation in Improving the Efficiency of the Sales Administration Department Participation in transforming bookings into invoicing/cash-in: Setting up and verifying subscriptions in Salesforce Controlling and issuing invoices Monitoring credit notes and disputes Collections Ensuring the integrity of information in various tools Participation in closing and monitoring reports Participation in the implementation and continual optimization of our tools and processes Meeting the Needs of Internal and External Customers Managing daily relationships with clients Close relationship with various departments of the company Requirements The ideal candidate to join our financial team will be:
