You are organized, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, implement, and document projects to improve the reliability of manufacturing processes. You will take ownership of the work and develop the necessary skills to function independently within the work area. General direction is provided on priorities to ensure work completed meets standards. You will provide technical support or oversight to a group of professionals to ensure continuity of operations on small-scale projects (equipment, processes, administrative services, etc.).
