As the EMEA Sales Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. Your role is pivotal in driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement. You will lead a team of EMEA business developers and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.

Driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.

Managing and supporting a team of EMEA business developers.

Building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.

Collaborating with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Coordinating forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.

Designing and developing sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.
