The Role Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of underground millwrights and heavy duty mechanics in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets. You will ensure processes are followed, and work with your team to make improvements as opportunities are identified. You will coach and develop a team of problem solvers.

Salary Range: $106,900 - $133,620
Safety Sensitive Site. Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan's North (RSN). The Cigar Lake operation is located in northern Saskatchewan and operates on a two week on/two week off rotational schedule. Employees commute to the site by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.
