About Us Cigar Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world's highest-grade uranium mine. The uranium produced at Cigar Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. The Role The position is responsible for supporting the Manager, Work Management with the definition, design, implementation, and upkeep of Work Management processes, related standards and metrics used for achieving physical asset management outcomes throughout Cameco's Canadian operations.
In this role, you will: Provide consultancy services to site, other Operational Reliability process managers and corporate departments in the areas of maintenance management. Serve as a coach to personnel having roles and responsibilities in executing the work management processes. Spend extensive time at sites observing and dialoguing with personnel.
