The Role The position is responsible for supporting the Manager, Work Management with the definition, design, implementation, and upkeep of Work Management processes, related standards and metrics used for achieving physical asset management outcomes throughout Cameco's Canadian operations.
In this role, you will: Provide consultancy services to site, other Operational Reliability process managers and corporate departments in the areas of maintenance management. Serve as a coach to personnel having roles and responsibilities in executing the work management processes. Spend extensive time at sites observing and dialoguing with personnel.
