We are also a leading supplier of uranium refining, conversion, and fuel manufacturing services from our operations in Ontario.The RoleThe technical services department is looking for a talented Mechanical Technologist who would like to be part of a team that will provide design services and solutions to Cameco operations and other business units. You will provide CAD and design services including 3D reality capture, CAD software management, and supporting other lead designers in the development of data-rich 3D models, and drawings.In this role, you will:Support mechanical and piping design developmentWork with scanned point cloud dataDevelop 3D models using software within the Autodesk ecosystemSupport the development of construction drawings and detailsProvide design support as needed to facilitate field construction during the procurement and construction stages of smaller capital and expense projectsApply corporate policies, procedures, regulations (Federal provincial, corporate, and SHEQ), and technical and safety standards in your day-to-day workRequired:Diploma in mechanical engineering technologyAt least 10 years of experience in mechanical design rolesA.Sc.T, C.E.T
