The Department of Professional Careers of the San Pablo CEU University is looking for a Career Advisor for a temporary replacement due to maternity leave.

Responsibilities:Identification of job offers at national and international level to fit candidates' profiles, focusing on main firms from the Legal sector and an international approach regarding all sectors.Identification and fidelization of companies to establish long-term relations at an international level, channeling their job offers through USP CEU Career Services, participation in job fairs, etc.Career advice regarding sector information, job search strategies, application tips, entrepreneurship, and self-employment.Preparation of CV Books for companies, including competencies matching.Organization and participation in events regarding employment. Requirements:Graduates in ADE, Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharma, Communication, Marketing, etc.MBA or similar from a prestigious business school.Certification in assessment tools: PDA, MBTI, etc.At least 5 years in professional recruitment consultancy in the Legal sector.High level of English (C1). Competences and Skills:Excellent commercial and communication skills.Client orientation.Flexibility and resiliency.
