The Role Ecolab is seeking for a Capability & Culture Trainee to support Capability & Culture Lead, at our office in Barcelona, Spain.
As a Capability & Culture Trainee, your primary focus will be on supporting initiatives related to Planning and Logistics Team's journey to become High Performing Organization (HPO).
You will have the opportunity to get involved in and manage multiple projects, as well as network with internal and external stakeholders.
As part of your duties, you will also be supporting the Vice President of Planning & Logistics in travel arrangements, expenses documentation, and internal communication processes.
