Job Description We are a leading consulting firm partnering with a major player in the Animal Health pharmaceutical sector.
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Campaign Analyst to join the growing Digital Commercial Services (DCS) Animal Health team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation journey for our client's Animal Health Unit.
You will be responsible for managing the tracking and measurement of automated omni-channel marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights that will ultimately optimize future campaigns.
Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: • Ensure all campaigns are measured based on globally-recognized standards.
• Build and maintain user-friendly campaign dashboards using Tableau, catering to the specific needs of our client's markets.
• Implement and validate data tagging and ETL processes to guarantee the accuracy of data used for measurement.
• Collaborate with the client's global analytics team to ensure data consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a strong tech background, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field coupled with a solid business acumen.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting/dashboard tools (ideally Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
Familiarity with Big Data environments, databases, and querying languages (like SQL) is a plus.
Experience with Tableau is highly desirable.
Programming language skills, such as R and Python, are a plus.
A strong understanding of business principles, including omni-channel digital campaigns and marketing automation (particularly email marketing).
Experience in marketing best practices, including deliverability and design, is a plus.
Prior experience with marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign is preferred.
Fluency in English is essential due to the global nature of this role.
