Job Responsibilities Plan & refine national road transportation network according to company's network development plan.
Develop the local transportation service suppliers / partner pool to improve network expansion and refine transportation cost.
Conduct continuous improvement management with an end-to-end view including setting up SOPs, process re-engineering, etc.
Design and improve transportation end-to-end lead time, departure & arrival OTD rate, and other SLA metrics.
Proactively improve the cost of transportation through operational improvement and commercial partners improvement, etc.
Work with the IT team to build and refine the transportation system to increase transportation end-to-end visibility and efficiency.
Undertake team management responsibilities to coach and train junior staff.
