They are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to support and guide their customer sales department at Qualifyze.
In this role, you will provide your team members with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their respective markets.

Tasks Lead forecast meetings to ensure the team meets monthly quotas, providing top-notch support to every team member.
Own the onboarding process, including sales training, platform and CRM mastery, pipeline-building workshops, and industry overviews.
Join customer meetings remotely and on-site (depending on the deal size) to assist team members in closing complex deals.
Identify and address pipeline-building challenges, collaborating with the Head of Sales to develop targeted improvement plans for struggling account executives.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, staying closely connected to their performance and daily challenges to offer timely support and guidance.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Team Lead.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as familiarity with working alongside Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives.
Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare startup sector is highly desirable.
