Licensing & Sales ManagerThe Licensing & Sales Manager will be serving as Centrient's face to the market, developing new business with existing clients and pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets. Ensure the commercial success of the Finished Dosage Form (FDF) licensing & sales activities with realization of the set short- and long-term account goals as specified in the strategic plan in respect to the responsibility area of the individual manager. Managing all aspects of licenses from client identification to negotiating and closing of contracts as well as follow up on launch activities, execution of initial forecast and building sustainable business.
Including maintenance of all contractual aspects. Manage and optimize the performance of existing customers, find operational and tactical solutions for the daily operations, and maintain the customer relationship in line with quality, reliability, and sustainability.
Main Activities and ResponsibilitiesOut licensing, contract extensions:Execute the sales action plan, provide feedback on assigned markets and customers as well as proactively identify new leads.Prepare commercial offers for prospective customers with internal alignment on all relevant aspects (e.g., Pricing, RA, QA, GBM, Finance, etc.).Negotiate all aspects of the CDAs, Licensing & Supply Agreements including Amendments, Termination Agreements, and Marketing Authorization Transfer Agreements based on the latest available templates.Comply with contract and approval procedures.Handover to New Product Launch.Account management:(Key) account plans and annual Business Review Meetings (performance, pricing, new business, projects).Prompt follow-up with customers' forecasts in order to secure target sales.Escalation point for launch issues and operational issues with the aim to have continuity and growth of business.Be the first contact point for the customer for operational topics that need to be solved to enable the best performance possible from both parties.Ensures that the data in CRM system (C4C) is always up to date.RequirementsBachelor degree or higher (preferred pharmacist, natural sciences, economics, or business administration) required.MBA or MSc in a relevant field is valued.Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development & Licensing function and/or (key) account manager function in FDF generic pharmaceutical. Proven track record of successful management of Business Development, Licensing, Sales in the industry.General/High-level understanding of development, regulatory, quality & manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes in the generic pharma industry.Specific knowledge of business development, licensing, and sales processes in the generic pharmaceutical industry.Fluent in English (oral and written).Knowledge & understanding of MS Office and CRM systems.Sales experience in B2B markets in the finished dosage pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Customer/external orientation.Feels comfortable in an international environment with multiple nationalities and cultures.Terms and RewardWe offer a local contract in a challenging, comprehensive, operational environment, with many opportunities for personal input and growth and plenty of discussions with other professionals.
