SAP Technical Project Manager SAP HCM ConsulSAP is seeking an SAP Technical Project Manager with several years of experience in project management, particularly with SAP HCM systems or large IT decommissioning projects.
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects involving multiple interfaces and stakeholders. Familiarity with SAP and cloud systems; knowledge of AD IAM IAS Identity Management among others is a plus. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods (e.g.
Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on risk management and problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Prior experience in managing SAP projects, particularly HCM system decommissioning, is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in supervising external partners and managing cross-functional teams. Fluent in spoken and written English; German is an advantage. Location: Madrid (Hybrid, occasional travel to Switzerland may be required)
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: January 2025 to January 2026 (renewable to be confirmed)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with hours adapted to the client
