.**Job Title**:- Head of E-commerce**Location**:- Madrid, Spain**Schedule**:- Full-Time, Permanent**Team**:- Commercial**Department**:- Commercial & Business Development**What's your new role about?**:- DAZN head of E-commerce will be responsible for DAZN Spain new commerce business, development and operations which include digital marketing, merchandise strategy, assortment, partners strategies and ongoing promotions. DAZN Spain head of eCommerce will be working with internal resources and partners to manage and oversee the business strategy and grown.- This position will collaborate closely, Merchants, Marketing teams, PR and other areas of DAZN company to execute existing plans and develop new opportunities,initiatives and digital e-commerce opportunities designed to meet DAZN products and exceed the needs of DAZN customer and the e-Commerce revenue goals.- They will be accountable for creating & monitoring digital and offline marketing activities and budget, monetization of the income/outbound traffic together with cross product marketing activities between other teams and products, ongoing optimizing the onboarding funnel and the customer journey for the optimal revenue, building/executing content strategies,- Your end goal will be to drive YoY growth and to achieve sales targets.Benefits will include access to DAZN, an annual performance-related bonus, lunch vouchers, refer a friend scheme, family-friendly community, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.**AS OUR NEW HEAD OF E-COMMERCE, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:- Managing DAZN Spain eShop, direct responsibility of the development and e-commerce/product roadmap, agencies,partners, together with plan and execute integrated campaigns to grow and engage- Facilitating coordinated promotional marketing campaigns with other departments, budgets and general PR plan with major announcements, conferences, and other opportunities to achieve key results as set on quarterly and annual basis with a specific focus on DAZN e-commerce Sports growth- Ongoing ensure all DAZN e-commerce content and users' journeys are optimized for user experience and deliver the best experience across mobile, tablet and desktop platforms, together with making data-driven decisions about direction to grow the consumer user base- Responsible for developing and delivering existing e-commerce growth opportunities and programmed- Facilitate communication throughout the development of DAZN e-commerce and it's different offering
