Job Purpose : Manager of a global team of engineers building a solutions portfolio in a specific area such as Application Innovation, Modern Workplace, Data Protection, etc. Designs solutions by combining public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) with ecosystem software vendors (ISVs). Work closely with the solutions management team to build solutions.
Responsibilities Work with Platform (TNG) team to accommodate for solutions (20%)
Interact with CoE to commercially define Solutions (10%)
Work with a global team of Engineers to design and build Tech Data solutions (30%)
Provide reporting to stakeholders (5%)
Interaction with Product Management /IT (10%)
Interact with solutions management team to design solutions (15%)
ISV Enablement (10%)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree with Computer Sciences field of study required.
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
