Job Description :
An opportunity for a Business Development and Product Policy Project Management has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be :
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Define, implement and drive a project team / organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
SKILLS
We are looking for young talents that are enthusiastic about their work and passionate about the issues that the aerospace industry is facing.
The candidates should feature the following competences :

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
